Paolo Giacomo Faina
With STEP for nearly 20 years, he leads the Group’s commercial development in the Healthcare market and serves as a Board Member. He has contributed to the Group’s growth by overseeing innovative Supply Chain Management and Digital Transformation projects.
Bruno Salzano
He has extensive experience in the Financial Institutions sector, having worked in Italy and internationally for companies such as UniCredit, Deloitte, Accenture, EY and Cerved. At STEP, he serves as Group CCO Finance.
Giacomo Tomezzoli
With STEP since 2017, he leads the Real Estate, Asset & Facility Management Business Unit – DARMA. He has extensive experience in offering development, sales process re-engineering, market positioning and M&A.
Nicolò Romani
An innovation and Digital Transformation professional with over 30 years of experience, he has been with STEP since 2019. He is Head of Digital Hub and CEO of Beyondoc, the Group company leading the Digital Document Management Business Unit – RED.
Stefano Berbenni
An expert in Data Management and Analytics, he is CEO of Brain Management, the Group company leading the Data Management & Governance Business Unit – BRAINSIGHT. He brings extensive experience in building teams and developing specialist expertise.
Walter Marmo
(CYBER-HUB)
Founder and CEO of Cybersel, he joined the STEP Group in 2023 following the company’s integration into the Group. He leads the Information Security Risk Governance Business Unit – CYBER-HUB, headed by Cybersel, bringing expertise in Cyber Risk Management, Cloud Security and Risk Compliance.
Roberta Repetti
With STEP for over 30 years, she oversees the Group’s administration, finance, management control and human resources functions. She supports management in the Group’s financial planning and control processes. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Alessio Mangano
With STEP since 2022, he serves as Group CIO, leading the Group’s technological evolution and combining governance with innovation. An Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience, he promotes the development of data-driven solutions and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in enterprise environments.
